🔹Our legal department works tirelessly to make sure that MaVie Global is compliant with legislation in all markets the company operates in. After analyzing new and upcoming legislation in some of the biggest markets in which the company operates in, this week the legal department submitted a strong legal opinion to the board in which they strongly suggested pausing the presale of tickets due to the reason that vouchers might be perceived as tickets in some of the newly formed legislation. This would mean that offering vouchers would be the same as selling tickets, for which MaVie Global would need to have a gambling license in order to sell it. MaVie Global’s board accepted the legal suggestion to not offer a ticket presale, as the safety of the community and compliance with legislation are the top priorities for the company.
